Our XDI-manufactured and rigorously tested Direct Injection (DI) Injectors are engineered for 2.7L and 3.0L engines, providing the necessary fuel flow for high-horsepower applications without auxiliary fuel systems. Each injector undergoes extensive testing at 100 bar, 200 bar, and 300 bar on OEM-grade equipment at our XDI facility, with every set flow-matched to within ±1% at both 100 bar and 200 bar for optimal precision. Flow Rates: No need for methanol injection, port fuel injection (PFI), extra ECUs, or additional wiring—just raw power delivered through optimized fueling with full control and onboard diagnostics.
