The Linear Actuator OEM has been designed and developed to fulfill highest demands of modern motorsports in terms of performance as well as durability. Special focus has been put on enabling the unit to work under harsh conditions.
The unit has been designed to suit a broad range of applications such as wastegate actuation, variable turbine geometry or other applications requiring a performant linear actuator. Different mechancial adapters or application software solutions than the one shown are possible, please contact us for your bespoke solution!
Maximum actuation range is 17mm with a maximum dynamic force of 500 N with a maximum static load of 300 N.

With the EShift Actuator GT, MEGALine once again redefines the state of the art of modern
gearshift systems! Like its sibling, the EShift Barrel OEM, the EShift Actuator GT is an emotor powered direct drive gearbox barrel actuator.Besides replacing all pneumatic gearshift components incl. piping, also the ratchet mechanism of the sequential gearbox becomes obsolete by utilizing the EShift Actuator GT.Considering the unit weight of only approx. 850g, the aggregated system weight is likely less than the standalone gearbox weight incl. ratchet. Besides this significant weight reduction the EShift Actuator GT offers several new features and benefits over a any pneumatic gearshift system:
- Significantly increased position accuracy
- Possibility to achieve a neutral position between each gearpair (for easy disengagament of the drivetrain e.g. for coasting etc.)
- Different shift strategy per gearpair
The intelligent actuator includes active motor position control as well as the gearpot. All relevant communication with the engine ECU is realized via CAN with an optional hardwired “UP” and “DOWN” input available for use.
