Every XDI Civic Type R high pressure fuel pump needs a Hondata unlock code before it will run. Codes are one-time use, so when a pump changes owners, the new owner needs a fresh code. Send us the serial number and we'll email you one.

Look under the yellow-capped outlet on the front of the pump for the engraved serial number.
Send the form
Enter your name, email and the serial number below.
We verify it
We check the serial and generate a new one-time unlock code.
Unlock in Hondata
Enter the code we email you in Hondata and the pump is ready to run.
Where to find your serial number
The serial number is engraved on the pump body, directly under the outlet fitting with the yellow cap on the front of the pump.
It's engraved on two lines, like XN24-04 above SN: 032. Enter both lines in the form. If the engraving is hard to read on the car, a flashlight and a zoomed-in phone photo usually do the trick.

Is there a charge for a new code?
No. Replacement unlock codes for XDI Civic Type R pumps are free.
Why can't I use the code that came with the pump?
Each unlock code works only once. Once the original owner has used it, a new owner needs a new code for their own setup.
I can't read my serial number. What now?
Email a clear photo of the area under the front outlet fitting to sales@xtreme-di.com and we'll help you identify it.
